Barista – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service‑oriented Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and suggest beverage options.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all drinks.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, and service areas clean and organized.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines and related equipment throughout the shift.
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and handle guest payments in line with hotel procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Previous barista or similar hospitality experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage types.
• Operating coffee machines and related equipment.
