BI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a BI Developer to support, enhance, migrate and build business intelligence reports, dashboards and analytical datasets. You will work with our current and future BI platforms to ensure accurate, performant, and secure reporting for the finance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support existing BI platforms such as OBIEE, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Analyze and document existing report logic, filters, KPIs, calculations, joins and security rules.
• Develop new dashboards and reports in the target BI platform.
• Rebuild or migrate legacy reports into the future‑state environment and validate their accuracy.
• Create semantic models, calculated measures, KPIs and reusable datasets.
• Optimize dashboard performance, refresh schedules and query efficiency.
• Implement row‑level security and access controls.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, data modelers, architects and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Power BI and at least one enterprise BI tool (OBIEE, Cognos, Tableau, Qlik).
• Proficient SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in report migration, reconciliation and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of BI security and access control mechanisms.
