Bidding & Estimation Manager

About the role

Front End is seeking a high‑impact Bidding & Estimation Manager to lead strategic proposals and commercial estimations for major energy, offshore, and industrial projects across Saudi Arabia and the region. The role sits at the core of growth, strategy, and project wins, working closely with leadership, technical teams, OEMs, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end bidding process from opportunity qualification to final submission.
• Develop commercial and technical proposals that are competitive, technically robust, and aligned with client requirements.
• Build accurate cost estimates and pricing models for offshore vessel chartering, marine operations, oil & gas services, industrial solutions, logistics, and manpower.
• Analyze project risks, margins, and commercial exposure to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and business development teams.
• Prepare commercial models for crew boats, offshore support vessels, marine logistics, and maintenance operations.
• Engage with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and partners during pre‑tender, clarification, and negotiation phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in bidding, estimation, tendering, or commercial management.
• Strong background in Energy/Oil & Gas, Offshore & Marine, EPC or industrial projects.
• Proven experience working with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or major international/regional EPCs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver winning proposals.
