BIM Engineer – Architectural Modeling for Modular Construction

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Engineer to support the design, coordination and delivery of modular construction projects, focusing on the architectural scope. You will develop, manage and maintain 3D Revit models, ensuring they meet project requirements, codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural elements using Revit.
• Integrate architectural models with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Develop detailed BIM models for modular fit‑out components and façade systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration.
• Generate drawings, schedules and reports from the BIM model for construction and fabrication.
• Work closely with modular fabrication teams to align shop drawings with the BIM model.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects, preferably in modular construction.
• Strong ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and fabrication teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control and compliance.
