BIM Lead – 4D Systems Specialist (Aviation Projects)

About the role

The BIM Lead – 4D will report to the Project BIM Manager and drive the digital vision for a major aviation infrastructure programme in Riyadh. This position is responsible for implementing the end‑to‑end Project Information Management (PIM) strategy and ensuring that BIM and 4D modelling solutions are fully integrated into design and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital vision and PIM strategy for the airport project.
• Lead the creation, coordination and maintenance of 4D models across all terminals.
• Integrate BIM workflows with design, construction and operations teams.
• Champion an innovation culture, advising leadership on emerging digital technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project stakeholders and the client.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with BIM on aviation infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead 4D modelling efforts in large‑scale construction programmes.
• Strong understanding of Project Information Management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to support project leadership and client interactions.
