Brand Manager

About the role

Kinetic is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Riyadh, KSA. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans, driving product performance, and identifying market growth opportunities across the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives based on market insights.
• Lead marketing activities, including promotional materials, campaigns, and educational initiatives.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and field activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with SFDA requirements, company policies, and applicable industry codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with experience in Brand/Product Management, particularly in Consumer Health.
• Experience in developing and executing brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other business functions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Must be a Saudi national (Saudization requirement).
