Bus Driver

About the role

Responsible for safely transporting employees, staff, and authorized personnel between company facilities, project sites, accommodation areas, and other designated locations. Ensure timely and reliable transportation while complying with company policies, traffic regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow assigned transportation routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick‑up and drop‑off of passengers.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to confirm the bus is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi traffic laws, company procedures, and health‑safety requirements.
• Assist passengers during boarding and exiting, enforcing safety rules.
• Record daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and inspection details accurately.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Support transportation needs during project mobilisation, events, and other facilities‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus driver.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (Bus Category) appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Good communication, reliability, punctuality and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficient in safe and defensive driving practices.
• Knowledge of Saudi traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate transportation records.
