Business Development / B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional, presentable Business Development Specialist who is fluent in English to become the face of our company. You will drive growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts for our advanced cold storage and refrigerated warehousing services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Retail sectors.
• Present and pitch cold‑storage and temperature‑controlled solutions to potential B2B customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with supply‑chain and logistics managers.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals in English, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with operations and warehousing teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.

Required profile

• Exceptional presentation, professional attire and corporate etiquette.
• Near‑native fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, persuasive communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or logistics is a strong advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and quickly learn technical logistics terminology.
