Sales Leader – Certification Services (CER)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth for our Certification business across Saudi Arabia. The role will develop and execute sales strategies, generate new opportunities and manage key client relationships in the Central, Eastern and Western regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual budgets and business objectives.
• Identify and secure new certification opportunities across various industry sectors with support from the Business Development team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants and strategic partners.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and accreditation requirements.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, CRM/Salesforce updates and regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a certification body or TIC industry.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with proven business growth.
• Strong knowledge of market intelligence, legal and regulatory requirements and management systems.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 training or equivalent Management System training.
• CRM/Salesforce proficiency.
• ERP systems knowledge.
