About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive new client acquisition for a marketing agency operating in Riyadh, focusing on the Saudi market. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals while representing the agency’s marketing and digital services.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and present the agency’s services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- Saudi national (male or female) – mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of marketing and digital marketing services.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
