Business Development Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The KSA Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth for our client in the Saudi construction market. Reporting to the Head of Business Development (ME), you will represent the company’s full portfolio of projects and services, building trusted relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue in line with quarterly and annual targets.
• Promote the company’s capabilities through client‑facing activities and introductory presentations.
• Maintain proactive contact with new and existing clients to nurture relationships and monitor leads.
• Keep the sales tracker up‑to‑date for leads, live bids and proposal status.
• Review RFPs, summarise requirements and coordinate with Commercial, Finance and Design teams.
• Organise and host bid meetings, ensuring collaborative bid preparation.
• Analyse proposal conversion rates and develop strategies to improve success.
• Provide client feedback to pre‑contract and post‑contract teams.
• Develop industry networks and attend relevant events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of executing commercial bids and achieving sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to learn from experience and implement process improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial bidding processes.
• Familiarity with reviewing and summarising RFP documentation.
