Business Development Manager

About the role

qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech startup that enables ultra‑fast, QR‑code and NFC payments for restaurants. As a Business Development Manager you will lead the expansion of our payment platform in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, building a pipeline of restaurant partners and driving adoption of our seamless payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your network of table‑service restaurants and strong sales skills to generate and close new leads.
• Onboard new restaurant partners to the qlub platform, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to operational launch.
• Source leads through multiple channels, identify decision‑makers, schedule meetings and drive the sales process.
• Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff.
• Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to refine processes and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth partner integration.
• Manage closed accounts by promoting platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities and introducing new features.

Required profile

• Relevant business degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven sales experience and a strong network within the restaurant industry.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle and drive results.
