Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Hunter Amenities is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and client acquisition across Saudi Arabia. The role is field‑focused, requiring frequent visits to hotels and independent properties to build relationships, promote the brand, and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence to map the hospitality landscape and maintain a database of hotel groups, procurement structures, and key decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan, targeting both regional hotel chains and independent properties.
• Manage existing regional accounts, oversee new hotel opening projects, and drive up‑selling at both regional office and property levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on room‑count growth and portfolio expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, finance, marketing, product development) to resolve service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform a minimum of twenty field visits per month to generate brand awareness and secure contracts.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia and work independently in the field.
• Experience in hospitality or personal‑care amenities sales is preferred.
