About the role
IFS is seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to generate and nurture sales leads across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the entire sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and develop new business leads through cold and warm outreach (calls, emails, social media).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design targeted campaigns for the Middle‑East market.
- Utilise CRM and sales‑intelligence tools to track activities and exceed lead‑generation targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions and market feedback.
- Provide market insights to help shape future sales strategies.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in a similar Business Development or Sales Development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing lead‑generation targets.
- Strong communication skills and a persistent, self‑motivated attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or comparable sales intelligence tools.
- Comfort with leveraging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with the BDR toolkit and sales outreach best practices.
