Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager of Data & Business Intelligence and help strengthen enterprise reporting across the Group. You will design dashboards, executive reports and performance metrics that enable strategic decision‑making and support AI adoption. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency and drive a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Produce executive and management reports that translate operational and commercial data into actionable insights.
• Collect, clean and analyse data to identify trends, support AI Business Consultants and measure business outcomes.
• Support the design and implementation of AI‑related analytics solutions.
• Contribute to data‑quality initiatives, reporting automation and continuous improvement of analytics processes.

Required profile

• Experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, finance or corporate performance management.
• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and clear communication skills.
