Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting systems that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Query, extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs and operational metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks and present findings to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, business intelligence or data engineering.

Required skills

• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expert‑level experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes and database architecture.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (optional but a plus).
