Business Projects Specialist Professional

About the role

The Business Projects Specialist Professional will act as the technical lead for end‑to‑end network solution delivery across business and wholesale projects. This role ensures projects are executed on time, meet technical standards, and transition smoothly to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed execution plans for network solution delivery.
• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of fibre, wireless and other network solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to validate solution readiness.
• Lead partner selection through RFP processes and manage their performance.
• Ensure technical compliance, quality and customer expectations throughout implementation.
• Facilitate operational handover to Tech Ops and Business Operations.
• Monitor project progress, report status and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Support mega‑project execution as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom or a related field from an accredited university.
• Proven experience leading network‑focused projects in a telecom environment.
• Strong understanding of fibre and wireless technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large‑scale implementations.
