Business Solutions Manager

About the role

The Business Solutions Manager will lead and optimise all enterprise business applications across Baja Bid, ensuring they are stable, secure and aligned with the organisation's digital transformation goals. You will work closely with department heads to translate business needs into functional solutions and drive continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP, POS, HRMS, WMS, mobile apps and related integration platforms.
• Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance with best practices.
• Lead Level 2/3 support, incident management, change requests and system enhancements.
• Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, analysts and support specialists.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance and foster skill development.
• Conduct process mapping, redesign and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead projects such as new system implementations, upgrades, module roll‑outs and integration enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT, training, documentation and go‑live activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, review SOWs, SLAs, licensing and renewal contracts.
• Control application budgets and pursue cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee data accuracy, consistency and security across all systems and support BI teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing business applications in FMCG, retail or manufacturing.
• Proven experience with ERP platforms, particularly Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, sales and manufacturing processes.
