C2M L2 Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive C2M L2 Support Engineer to join our IT team in Riyad. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality Level‑2 support for Oracle C2M upgrades, ensuring smooth defect resolution and seamless coordination with business and QA teams. You will play a key part in maintaining system stability during upgrade cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Level‑2 defects on a daily basis for Oracle C2M components.
• Prepare, package, and deploy corrective fixes in System Integration Testing (SIT) environments.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and provide pre‑production support to ensure successful releases.
• Respond to upgrade‑related queries from business stakeholders and provide timely guidance.
• Participate in defect review meetings, conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA), and deliver comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle C2M upgrade components.
• Hands‑on experience with SOM and Device Management modules.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Effective communication skills for clear issue reporting and knowledge transfer.
