About the role
Gulf CX is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role is open to Saudi nationals who can start immediately and possess strong English communication abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Meet service quality standards and performance targets.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Available to start immediately.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude.
