Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Carpenter on Hilton’s hotel team, you will keep guest rooms and corridors looking their best, ensuring every stay feels warm and welcoming. You will play a key part in creating memorable experiences for guests by delivering prompt and high‑quality maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily room maintenance, including repairs, carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to keep all guest areas in pristine condition.
• Manage inventory of replacement items for guest rooms and hallways, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for timely repairs.
• Identify, report and help resolve health or safety issues on guest floors, maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with ad‑hoc maintenance tasks and support special departmental projects as needed.
