Channel Store Advisor – Retail Sales & Merchandising

About the role

Apple is looking for a Channel Store Advisor to represent the brand inside a partner reseller store in Jeddah. You will be the main point of contact for customers and the partner’s staff, driving product knowledge, brand awareness and sales of Apple products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and build strong relationships with the partner’s staff.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories and services.
• Conduct individual and group product demonstrations and communicate the latest promotions.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising standards in line with Apple guidelines.
• Perform daily care and inspection of displays, escalating any issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to expand awareness among new and existing customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Apple initiatives and technology trends that affect the customer journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a technology environment.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and sales merchandising.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations.
