Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate at EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub you will be the front‑line representative delivering exceptional sales results in an optical retail environment. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear that matches their lifestyle, while handling daily store operations such as opening, closing and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand exposure at the point of sale and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor and report sales results, manage stock assortment and ensure profitability.
• Update product knowledge continuously and mentor new associates when required.
• Comply with company policies, loss‑prevention, security and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of optical retail experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• KPI‑focused, result‑driven and able to work weekends and evenings.
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
