Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile balance-sheet/control accounts
- Manage project and contract accounting (revenue, costs, retentions, subcontractor balances)
- Oversee payables and receivables, invoicing, and collections
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and support audits, VAT/Zakat requirements
- Support cash flow and working capital reporting
- Drive process improvements and ERP system usage
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
- Ensure HSE compliance within the Finance function
