Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Executive Finance Leader

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides overall financial leadership, ensuring the integrity, resilience and long‑term sustainability of the organization. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO acts as a strategic partner to translate corporate strategy into financial plans, capital allocation decisions and risk‑adjusted returns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, advising the CEO and Board on major investments, acquisitions and restructuring.
• Lead annual budgeting, multi‑year business planning, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis, monitoring performance against targets.
• Oversee treasury, funding, liquidity management and working‑capital optimization, including cash management and banking relationships.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, consolidation across subsidiaries and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish robust internal controls, financial governance and risk‑management frameworks, coordinating with internal audit and external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA or CFA highly desirable.
• 15‑20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in large, multi‑entity organizations.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury, capital allocation, risk management and board interaction.
• Experience managing major banking relationships and, where relevant, listed‑company or regulated‑industry environments.
