Civil Engineer

About the role

The Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, supervision and management of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documents.
• Supervise contractors, consultants and site activities to guarantee quality and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates and project documentation.
• Evaluate project risks and propose effective solutions.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical submittals and material specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction or project management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.
