Civil Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to support the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical issues are resolved and project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants and construction management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review site preparation activities and temporary works for compliance with contract requirements and approved documents.
• Monitor site activities, enforce safety, security, health and environmental standards, and track construction progress.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings, implement corrective actions, and support verification of progress payments.
• Supervise construction activities, assist in planning and sequencing, and evaluate subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Good knowledge of construction site management, project delivery and safety requirements.
