Site Engineer – Construction & Maintenance Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise daily execution of fit‑out, renovation and maintenance projects across assigned sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead two foremen and their multi‑trade crews, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily execution of fit‑out, renovation and maintenance work, directing foremen and crews.
• Assist the Operations Manager with project planning, scheduling, material take‑offs and progress reporting.
• Oversee routine and emergency work orders, ensuring timely completion and sign‑off.
• Manage crew assignments, attendance, productivity and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Enforce site safety standards, conduct toolbox talks and document incidents.
• Perform any other duties required by the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of construction site supervision and facility maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on supervision of civil, MEP and finishing trades.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Experience with work‑order systems and preventive maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of site logistics, material handling and subcontractor coordination.
• Understanding of construction and maintenance safety requirements.
