Civil Estimation Engineer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer to join a leading construction client in Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of civil works and supporting the bid preparation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review ITB documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Estimate labor, material, equipment, subcontract and indirect costs.
• Prepare estimates for earthworks, trenching, concrete works, HDD/micro‑tunneling, valve chambers and related civil activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning and project teams during bid preparation.
• Prepare commercial proposals, bid summaries and cost comparison sheets.
• Support budget reviews, change orders and claim evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC and SEC standards.

Required profile

• Experience reviewing ITB documents, drawings, BOQs and contract conditions.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning and project teams.
