Civil Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and construction oversight of civil structures. The role supports our infrastructure objectives by ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost‑effectiveness across new builds, modifications, and rehabilitation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural elements for new construction, modifications, and rehabilitation projects.
• Develop detailed engineering calculations and construction drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Prepare cost estimates, value‑engineering studies, and project budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance throughout project execution.
• Review and approve technical submittals, change orders, and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in structural design and construction oversight.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/CAE software.
• Experience using BIM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
