Civil/Structural Inspector – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Civil/Structural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves performing thorough inspections of civil and structural components on construction sites, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes, international standards, and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections at all project stages, including foundation, framing, concrete placement, and finishing work.
• Verify that all work complies with Saudi building codes, relevant international standards, and project specifications.
• Document inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and field notes using both traditional and digital methods.
• Identify deficiencies, non‑conformities, and safety issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and quality‑assurance teams to resolve identified issues.
• Utilise digital documentation tools and inspection software to streamline reporting and data management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in civil and structural inspection.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, international construction standards, and inspection methodologies.
• Proven ability to produce clear technical reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency with CAD, digital documentation tools, and inspection software.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
