Client Success Manager

About the role

As a Client Success Manager you will own and develop relationships with accesso’s ticketing clients, helping them sell more tickets, streamline operations and improve guest experiences. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring client needs are understood and met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and build strong communication channels with clients, internal support, and quality assurance teams.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Analyze system integration points, including external devices, applications, SQL queries and API services.
• Support third‑party integration activities with Horizon and oversee both new and existing client projects.
• Proactively manage complex client service issues, researching and resolving them efficiently.
• Drive growth by promoting additional services, higher utilization of existing solutions, and renewal contracts.
• Conduct product demos, advise on best practices, and deliver training to end‑users and support teams.
• Manage client support tickets, perform testing on new releases, and keep clients informed of significant issues.

• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across KSA and occasional trips to Dubai.
