Cognitive Trainer – Part‑time (On‑site)

About the role

IMbright is seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver one‑to‑one cognitive training for children aged 4.5 to 18 years. The role focuses on strengthening core brain skills that support learning, reading, reasoning, focus and task completion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person, one‑to‑one cognitive training sessions at the Al‑Izdihar centre.
• Support children in improving cognitive and learning abilities through structured programs.
• Monitor and record each child’s progress, including digital training metrics.
• Maintain a consistent evening schedule (2‑5 hours daily) between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interest and appropriate skills for working with children of all ages.
• Ability to commit to a regular schedule of one to three hours per day.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn, reflect and grow under mentorship.
• Attendance at a two‑week Training Preparation Program (August 16 – June 28, 4:00 pm‑7:00 pm).
