About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join our construction-focused accounting firm in Riyadh. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial contracts, ensuring smooth execution of notices, valuations and interim certifications throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contract terms to align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage notices, valuations and interim certification processes, guaranteeing timely submissions and payments.
• Analyse contractual obligations and risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel and clients to ensure compliance and clear communication.
• Maintain an organized repository of contract documents and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial contract management within the construction sector.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
