Commercial Contracts & Governance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Contracts & Governance Manager will lead the development, negotiation and administration of commercial contracts for CTRD Arabia. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Strategy, the role ensures all contracts comply with Saudi law and align with the company’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert on Saudi commercial contracting frameworks, defence‑related regulations and government procurement processes.
• Translate commercial strategy and pricing models into enforceable contractual structures.
• Guide proposals through legally sound contracting routes from inception to execution.
• Negotiate and document contractual obligations, commercial terms and performance metrics with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and assess KSA tender and procurement opportunities for the commercial team.
• Maintain disciplined contract governance, auditable documentation and change‑control procedures across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Saudi commercial law, defence contracts or similar regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of KSA Government Tender and Procurement Law.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership, country directors and delivery teams.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
