Commercial Leader – Saudi National for Amazon Stores (KSA)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Saudi national to lead one of its KSA store businesses. Based in Riyadh, the Commercial Leader will own full P&L responsibility and drive growth across vendor, merchant, inventory and product management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the business team and ensure accountability for metrics such as selection, unit growth, inventory turns and in‑stock rates.
• Drive periodic innovation to improve customer experience and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Represent local customer experience insights to senior executives, vendors, third‑party merchants and category teams.
• Collaborate with central technology, operations and merchant services teams to establish and optimise processes.
• Translate business metrics into actionable plans that boost category performance.
• Implement sustainable process improvements for year‑over‑year progress.
• Identify new approaches to expand selection and increase category awareness.
• Lead talent management, recruiting, developing and motivating a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Proven experience leading multi‑functional teams and developing people managers in a data‑driven environment.
