Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will oversee day‑to‑day commercial and contractual administration for infrastructure and utility projects in Riyadh. Reporting to the Senior Cost Manager, the role ensures valuations, variations and cost reports are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial administration for assigned project scopes, including contract correspondence and change management.
• Review contractor valuations, variations and cost reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Senior Cost Manager and Commercial Director on commercial risks.
• Provide commercial support across multiple work packages on large‑scale developments.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of overall relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar commercial role.
• At least 5 years of experience on infrastructure/utility projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Fluent spoken, written and read English.
