Community Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi‑based Community Manager to join our Studio X team at VML. The role will be the voice of leading global brands on social platforms throughout the Kingdom, driving cultural relevance and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content strategies grounded in cultural and audience insights.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce always‑on content that fuels fandom and relevance.
• Manage paid and organic social channels, tailoring content approaches for each platform.
• Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and propose innovative content ideas.
• Engage authentically with audiences, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns and nurture online communities in line with service level agreements.
• Conduct social audits and provide data‑backed recommendations to optimise brand presence.
• Track cultural trends and emerging conversations to inform engagement tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent in Saudi Arabic with a deep understanding of local culture.
• Passionate about digital media and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent brands authentically.
