Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Amanda Cooperative Insurance seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital marketing activities across multiple channels, strengthen the brand’s online presence, and drive lead generation and online insurance sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid and organic campaigns.
• Manage corporate social media channels, content calendars and audience engagement.
• Create and coordinate engaging Arabic and English digital content.
• Oversee website content, landing pages and digital customer journeys.
• Lead SEO, paid media, search marketing and acquisition activities.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates and ROI, and recommend improvements.
• Manage digital agencies, media partners and external vendors while controlling budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in marketing & sales within the insurance sector.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong command of English.
