Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent provides personalized guest services at a luxury resort, ensuring every request is handled promptly and professionally. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests seeking transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning, and local information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements and coordinate with appropriate providers.
• Gather, summarize, and share information about property amenities, local events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns.
• Contact relevant departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest issues.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Clear, professional communication skills and accurate written documentation.
• Commitment to teamwork, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
