Concrete Structure Design Manager

About the role

Rawafid is looking for an experienced Concrete Structure Design Manager to lead structural engineering activities on water, wastewater and industrial projects. You will be responsible for delivering detailed designs, calculations, specifications and cost estimates while ensuring full compliance with relevant codes and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural design calculations for concrete and steel water tanks, steel structures and other concrete works.
• Develop and review design reports, specifications, drawings and BOQs in line with company standards.
• Guide draftsmen and BIM/modeling teams to produce tender and design drawings.
• Perform load assessments, simulations and capacity checks to verify design reliability.
• Design water and wastewater networks using appropriate engineering software.
• Coordinate structural activities with other engineering disciplines and manage interface issues.
• Provide QA/QC for all engineering deliverables and conduct site visits as needed.
• Support business development through technical communication and project planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7‑12 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in water, wastewater or industrial projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certification; Professional Engineer certification preferred.
• Previous senior or managerial experience is an advantage.
