Construction Laborer – Site Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Laborer to support general site works. You will assist with basic construction tasks, help keep the site clean and ready, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools safely to perform basic construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Remove construction waste and maintain strict site housekeeping.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow cybersecurity policies.
• Comply with Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required profile

• Basic education or high school diploma (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in construction or general labor work (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely on site and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic communication skills.
