Construction Management Manager

About the role

The Construction Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client objectives. This role coordinates contractors, supervision consultants, and internal teams while maintaining rigorous risk and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close construction projects from design through completion.
• Monitor contractor and supervision consultant compliance with PMM processes and maintain project risk registers.
• Assess and develop the client’s project management and construction staff structure, roles, and tools.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and report status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Enforce safety, health, security, and environmental protocols and lead incident investigations.
• Prepare scopes of work for RFPs, review contractor execution plans, and ensure document management compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to assess and restructure project management teams and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
