Construction Manager (Aramco Approved)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager approved by Saudi Aramco to lead pipeline, OHPL, mechanical and facility construction projects. The role involves planning, managing and supervising all construction activities to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while meeting Saudi Aramco Engineering and Materials standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities, including pipeline installation, civil, mechanical and structural works.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials Standards (SAMSS), project specifications and client requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, WPS/PQR and QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain site safety and environmental compliance in line with Saudi Aramco regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, clients and multidisciplinary teams for smooth execution.
• Identify risks, resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or construction management.
• Proven experience on Saudi Aramco‑approved projects.
• Familiarity with SAES and SAMSS standards.
• Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements and site QA/QC documentation.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA safety certification.
• Valid Aramco‑approved site safety trainings (PTW, JSA, Confined Space, H2S Awareness, First Aid).
• Preferably Aramco‑certified Construction Manager/Engineer and PMP or Prince2 certification.
