Construction Manager – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise civil and structural works for tanks, pipelines, and infrastructure networks at our project in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil and structural construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate the execution of works related to tanks, pipelines, underground utilities and other infrastructure networks.
• Manage the project schedule, resources and multidisciplinary interfaces to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–20 years of experience in civil and structural construction, including large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules and contractual documents.
• Strong experience managing site teams, subcontractors and resources.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements and site inspection processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple construction activities simultaneously.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.
