Construction Manager – Fit Out

About the role

Redfish Solutions is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale interior fit‑out projects. This site‑based position will oversee daily activities, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership to all trades on site.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily logistics, material supplies, resource planning, work sequencing, testing, inspections, housekeeping, waste management and health & safety.
• Act as the primary contact for subcontractors, client vendors, landlords and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with mall/landlord regulations and health & safety policies.
• Analyse BOQs and IFC drawings, identify scope gaps and raise RFIs when needed.
• Control quality inspections, rectifications, testing, commissioning, de‑snagging and final hand‑over.
• Lead site progress meetings and contribute to management reports.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience in interiors, with at least 3–5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Proven track record on large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality or commercial fit‑out projects.
