Construction Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the end‑to‑end execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards. This role requires strong coordination across site teams, subcontractors and internal support functions to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day site operations across all construction phases of industrial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers and supervision teams to achieve project milestones.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work sequences and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Control site budgets, material consumption and manpower allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality specifications and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with technical office, planning and procurement teams to resolve site issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years on industrial projects.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale contracting operations.
• Strong command of English; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
