Construction Manager

About the role

Mnzil is expanding its prop‑tech footprint across Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Construction Manager to turn visionary designs into functional, high‑quality spaces. You will lead projects from planning through handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance with Mnzil’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initial planning and design through completion and final handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review architectural and engineering designs for practicality, coordination, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with project vision.
• Develop and review scopes, technical specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and pricing proposals.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Establish project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor on‑site activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
• Track project costs and progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage design changes, variations, claims, and technical clarifications.
• Lead project close‑out, snagging, documentation, and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, design coordination, and delivery of residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, technical specifications, pricing, and cost control.
• Experience reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinating across disciplines.
• Good understanding of contracts, tendering, procurement, variation management, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, permitting requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
