Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a landmark high‑rise development for a leading Saudi real‑estate investment group. The role involves overseeing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations across civil, electrical, mechanical and architectural disciplines.
• Manage senior and junior discipline engineers to ensure work follows approved drawings, schedule, budget and quality/safety standards.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Project Director and site engineering teams, escalating critical issues.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment and resources across work fronts to meet the master schedule.
• Monitor progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions for delays.
• Ensure formal site inspections are performed at required construction stages before sign‑off.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary work sequencing and resolve on‑site conflicts between disciplines.
• Oversee direct labor crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and quality/safety teams for smooth execution.
• Report construction progress, risks and issues to the Project Director regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management (Master's degree is a plus).
• PMP certification preferred; membership in a recognized engineering body desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with proven delivery of high‑rise buildings (30+ floors preferred).
• Experience managing mega‑projects valued at SAR 1 billion or more.
• Background with leading developers or Tier‑1 contractors, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
