Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Infrastructure Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a large‑scale infrastructure project. The role involves overseeing execution, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities across the project scope.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved schedules, quality standards, and budget targets.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, productivity, and performance.
• Maintain compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization for operational efficiency.
• Identify risks, delays, and site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review schedules and support recovery plans when needed.
• Participate in progress meetings with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience on large‑scale infrastructure or mega projects.
• Proven track record in site execution, subcontractor management, and project delivery.
• Experience with roads, utilities, earthworks, drainage, or similar works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
